Best at home teeth whitening kit?

I am looking for an affordable teeth whitening system to use at home. I use whitening tooth paste, but it really just helps minimally. Does anyone have something that they use with good results?

    Crest White Strips is the truth. I guess you can use Pronamel to protect your teeth if you use it to help protect them against the bleaching.

    I only used it a week and noticed significant results.

  3. Just to let you know, Crest strips, or other bleaching systems damage your teeth. Sure they’ll look good, but your teeth become less healthy. Just use a whitening toothpaste with no bleach.

    It may not matter to you now, but when you’re 70 and all your teeth start cracking off, you will surely care.
